Excellent communication. Item packed well in 2 boxes. My first Bass guitar, normally a Strat and Telecaster fella so I opted for a short scale. This doesn't disappoint at all. For the money it's very playable out of the box. For someone dipping their toe into bass I don't think you can go wrong with the Seattle. A good range of tone and the pots seem pretty responsive considering it's a cheap guitar. Very happy with the Bass and G4M.

I bought 2 rcf speakers Both RCF speakers became faulty in 2 months. And i was waiting for 1 week to return my first speaker but no one came yet. Yesterday other speaker also became faulty. I need both speakers return as soon as possible.

Absolutely incredible customer service. As a gigging musician my wireless tx went down, I thought it was out of warranty (12 months), and thought I was knackered as I couldn't see a replacement to purchase as a separate. I contacted their service department in a proper panic with 2 gigs this weekend and in the space of one email s replacement was on the way...issues with the carrier meant it looked like it wouldn't be left at my house, again one email and I was staggered to find it in my doorstep. Happy me, happy band, happy punters. It's never gonna be like that all the time but, when I really needed G4M to be heroes, they complete came through. Damn I'm an impressed and happy bunny. Johnny.

Have bought from them several times. They have given me great advice from time to time - they once did not take the opportunity to make a sale as they considered it was not in my interest (bluetooth headphones to use with keyboard - latency issue).

The company has an absolutely amazing selection of musical instruments catering for all levels. I bought a beginner level keyboard for a really reasonable price and the delivery was extremely fast too. The keyboard is more impressive than what I expected for the price. Definitely a good choice for beginners.

Not overly impressed. Ordered eurorack patch cables that turned out to be shorter than advetised. No compensation offered but promised to amend product info, though they never did.
Today I ordered more patch cables, this time longer and p&p was cheaper! So if I order one short pack and one mid length, postage is £3.49 (and that was still the same today) but if I order mid and long length packs p&p is only £1.99...but it's a heavier package. Makes no sense.
The G4M 'own make' cables are good value but not if they are not the advertised length and postage is higher for lighter packages...feels like a bit of a rip off.
Customer service agent was pleasant and responsive but didn't really seem to care, after all it's a only a couple of quid hey!
Don't think I'll be a returning customer.

Decided to buy an Elvis style microphone, as I saw a friend using one at a gig last week and it was very cool. Googled, G4M was the cheapest by far, and I had the transaction done in less than 5 minutes, even including messing about with all the 2-factor verification every bloody site insists on now.
Anyway, great experience, have shopped here before and will do so again

Ordered a Chicago Bass guitar, but received an L.A. 6 string guitar by mistake. But as usual with Gear4, they have great customer service as well as great value for money. Great company that I would definitely shop with again, although I recommend sticking to well known brands for the instruments themselves.
I ordered one of Gear4music's own brand piano's originally (DP-12), and it arrived very quickly as I chose to pay extra for Sunday delivery; I couldn't wait!
Unfortunately, as soon as I turned the piano on, there seemed to be an issue with the speakers. I kept the piano for around 5 days to see if the issue would go, but on day 5 one of the keys developed a clicking sound too, so sadly it had to go back. Gear4music were absolutely fantastic, and arranged a collection for the piano the next working day which all went smoothly.
As a beginner who is eager to practice, I was sad to be without a piano, so before the G4M piano had even been picked up I went ahead and ordered a Kawai KDP-120, again from Gear4Music. The piano was delivered within 2 days of ordering with their free delivery option, and it is an absolute DREAM to play. The action is way ahead of the DP-12, and the sound is a pleasure to listen to, so if anyone is wondering which piano to choose, I definitely recommend saving up the extra to go for a quality instrument from known brands such as Kawai, Roland or Yamaha. I didn't listen to reviews and thought there wouldn't be much of a difference as a beginner, but the difference is incredibly noticeable.
Anyway, despite me ending up with a different brand of piano, Gear4music were fantastic all the way along and super quick and easy to deal with. Within a few days of the original piano being picked up, I received my refund, and I'm really happy with the replacement piano. It's amazing. I'll definitely shop here again when I'm due for an upgrade.
